How did I get my love for muscle cars and Camaro's in general, Well here's my story.
When I was young my dad would take us to the race tracks in our home town to see the cars race, nothing big like nascar,
just home town tracks where the locals would race. Well, one night there was this Camaro that showed up, black as the night
and beautiful man did it shine. I instantly fell in love. I wanted that car,( I was maybe 8 or 10 yrs old) I watched that
car all night it was quick and it was loud, I loved the sound, the rumble when it drove by just went to the core of me. I
wish I could say that car won that night, but it didn't. But that didn't matter to me, I was in love and wanted that car.
The lines on the car and the sound and the color, it was like black glass, it was awesome. We left the race that night and
the memorie has stayed with me ever since. I got to see it a few more times and then it was gone, maybe on to bigger races
or just gone for good I don't know, but that car will stay with me forever. Whenever I see a black camaro (1st generation
of course) I drool and go nuts inside. Some day I will own a Black Camaro and then I will truely be happy.
I still go to the tracks now and then but spend most of my time at car shows and cruz nites, you see, I am engaged to a
"ford" man ( I of course am a "Chevy Girl") and he shows his 89 Mustang GT 5.0 so we hit the car show circuit every summer.
Well, I figured if I am going to go to these shows and see all these cars I might as well share them with the rest of the
world. There are some beauties out there and I know there are a lot of people who love them so that's why I put this site
together. I have hundreds of pictures to share with you so please check back often as I will be changing them from time to
time. The only page that will not change is my ~CHROMARO~ page, the pictures might change but that page will always be there.
I do love more than just Camaro's but they are my passion. I also enjoy seeing Hemi Cuda's, Road Runners, Challengers,
Chargers, Firebirds, and a lot of other Muscle Cars, but Camaro's are my first and only love.

| The Belanger Special |

| # 99 At The Track - 1954 (I believe) |
The car you see above is The Belanger Special # 99. It races and won at Indy in the early 1950's. The reason
I have this on my site is because it bears my last name. I don't know if I am in anyway related to Murrell Belanger the owner
of this fine race car, but I thought that I would share it with you to see what might be in my history background. I found
this believe it or not by typing in my last name in the Ebay search engine, pretty cool huh.. I was just goofing off and may
have stumbled across part of my family background. Try it and see what you come up with. If anyone knows anything about this
car, Please email me and tell me more about it. I know very little right now.
